Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in their original condition and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Customers are responsible for exchange shipping fees unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not accepted once the courier has left. Kindly inspect your order upon delivery before accepting it.
